App stores are all the range these days with the Apple App store leading the way. However, just recently the Blackberry App World launched with a nice sized library of apps and today Nokia released an Ovi Store instructional video for developers. It's an instructional video about everything you'll need to know about selling and publishing apps on the upcoming Nokia Ovi storefront. The video walk aspiring developers through the logistics of becoming a publisher on Ovi, submitting content, and accessing to Forum Nokia's developer support tools and resources. The store is due to go live in May, but registered developers can start uploading content now.

Described as a rapid-fire rundown of one's mobile-driven day, the latest Nokia integrated campaign created by Weiden + Kennedy London is a voyeuristic look at three fictional characters—Anna, Luca and Jade—a group of hipsters that capture their entire social lives on their Nokia 7610 handsets. The W + K created microsite brings to life these three fictional characters by exposing their stories to the audience by showcasing all of the text and video messages in each of their devices. Nokia in Europe just recently launched the new 6212 which utilizes ‘Near Field Communications‘ to enable functions like mobile payments. The phone can now be used as a mobile wallet/credit card with retail stores, trains, buses, or environments with the proper infrastructure in place. Users can also share content like images and videos with other users by simply touching their 6212 devices together. Read more here.
