Mark Ecko seems to have his finger on the pulse of what’s viral. This viral video is not quite as elegant a solution as the graffiti bombing of Air Force One in “Still Free” or not as mastermind-ful as last summer’s Barry Bonds asterisk-labeled hall of fame home run ball, but Mark Ecko’s Zoo York manages to get it done for the “Spread the Word” campaign.
